This Privacy Policy explains what personal information PIMP MY GRINDER ("we", "us") collects when you visit or buy from pimpmygrinder.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are based in Israel and ship internationally.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you place an order we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number and order details. Payment card numbers are entered directly into our payment provider's system and are never stored on our servers or visible to us.
Information collected automatically. When you browse the store we receive your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, and how you move through the site. This is gathered through cookies and similar technologies.
Information you choose to give. If you subscribe to our newsletter, contact support, or leave a review, we keep what you send us along with your email address.
Why we use it
- To process, fulfil and deliver your order, and to handle returns
- To send order confirmations, shipping notifications and tracking updates
- To answer your questions and provide support
- To send marketing emails, but only if you asked us to — every message has an unsubscribe link
- To detect and prevent fraud and abuse
- To understand how the store is used so we can improve it
- To meet our legal and tax obligations
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the parties needed to run the store:
- Shopify — our ecommerce platform, which hosts the store and processes orders.
- Payment providers — to take payment and screen for fraud.
- Suppliers and fulfilment partners, including partners located in China — we pass your name, delivery address and phone number to the partner who packs and ships your order. They receive only what is required to deliver it.
- Shipping carriers — to deliver your parcel and provide tracking.
- Email and analytics providers — to send transactional and marketing email and to measure site usage.
- Authorities — where we are legally required to, or to protect our rights.
International transfers
Because we operate from Israel, use a global ecommerce platform, and work with fulfilment partners abroad, your information is transferred outside your country of residence — including to Israel, China, the United States and the European Union. Where the law requires it, we rely on recognised transfer mechanisms such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as needed to fulfil the order and then for the period our tax and accounting obligations require, typically seven years. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. If you are in California, you may also request details of the categories of information collected and disclosed, and you will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the store to function — keeping your cart, remembering your session — as well as analytics and, where you have consented, marketing cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the store may not work correctly without the necessary ones.
Age of users
This store is intended for adults aged 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under that age. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We and our platform providers use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or the law. The revision date at the top will always show when it last changed.
