These Terms govern your use of pimpmygrinder.com and any purchase you make from it. The store is operated by PIMP MY GRINDER, Kfar HaNagid, Israel ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Age requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to use this store or purchase from it. By placing an order you confirm that you are 21 or older and that you meet any higher minimum age that applies where you live. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to cancel and refund any order where we have reason to believe this requirement is not met.

2. Intended use of our products

All products sold on this site are intended solely for use with legal dry herbs, tobacco and other lawful botanical materials. They are not sold for use with any controlled or illegal substance, and any reference on this site should be read accordingly.

You are responsible for knowing and complying with the laws that apply where you live. It is your responsibility to confirm these products may lawfully be purchased, imported and possessed at your delivery address. We do not provide legal advice and accept no liability for use of our products in breach of any law.

3. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. Until then we may decline or cancel any order, in whole or in part, for any legitimate reason — including suspected fraud, a pricing or description error, stock unavailability, or a delivery address we cannot lawfully ship to. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

We may limit or refuse orders that appear to be placed by dealers or resellers.

4. Pricing and errors

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. We take care to describe and price products accurately, but errors happen. Where an obvious error appears in a price or description, we are not obliged to fulfil the order at the incorrect price and will contact you to cancel or to offer the corrected terms.

Product photographs are illustrative. Minor variation in colour, finish and dimensions is normal and is not a defect.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

6. Your account

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe has been used in breach of these Terms.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to break any law, to infringe anyone's rights, to transmit malicious code, to scrape or harvest data by automated means, to interfere with the site's operation, or to attempt unauthorised access to any part of it.

8. Intellectual property

The site's content — including text, product names, photography, graphics, logos and the design of the store — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

9. Reviews and submissions

If you send us a review, photograph, comment or suggestion, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and publish it in connection with our business. You confirm the content is yours to give and does not infringe anyone's rights. We may edit or remove submissions at our discretion.

10. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of our products.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of the Central District of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and it does not prevent you from bringing proceedings in your local courts where the law gives you that right.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to it. The revision date above shows when this page last changed.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in full effect.
